Reach out via our contact form, email or phone and let us know you're interested. The person you will hear back from is Kathleen, a psychotherapist. She will answer your questions or match you with a therapist. Consultations are fully confidential.
Just phone or message us and say, "I'm interested in starting therapy at your clinic. Could you please guide me on the next steps?" Then, we get back to you right away.
You are absolutely welcome to request a specific counsellor too. In this case, the therapist will contact you right away.
