HI, I'M NEETHU

I am a passionate mental health practitioner dedicated to creating transformative experiences with my clients. I believe in the power of a holistic approach to therapy and strive to genuinely understand your unique story.

I know that seeking therapy can feel daunting, and I aim to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe and supported. I value authenticity and connection, and I’m here to listen without judgment as you share your thoughts and emotions. My trauma-informed approach allows me to guide you through your
challenges while nurturing your personal growth and resilience.

People often reach out to me when they're feeling unhappy with their life or relationships. You may feel stuck, unsure how to move past old wounds, or just wondering if a more fulfilling life is even possible. You may be looking for a safe space to talk, heal, and start moving in a better direction. Whether you’re an individual or a couple, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment for this process.

When working with couples specifically, I prioritize helping you identify your main goals. Together, we will collaboratively develop a plan and focus on strategies to address your key concerns, guiding you toward the answers and outcomes you seek.

Born in Kerala, South India, and raised in the vibrant culture of Muscat, Oman, I carry a rich mix of experiences that shape my perspective. I value inclusivity and diversity, and I am committed to honouring your background and individuality, ensuring you feel understood and respected in our sessions.
